This policy explains how OXINN handles information when you use the OXINN app and website. It should be reviewed against the final production data flows before public launch.

Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, OXINN may process account information and user-created content such as tasks, calendar events, expense records, budgets, notes, preferences and wellness or routine signals you choose to enter.

AI processing

When you use AI features, OXINN may send the minimum context needed to process your request to server-side AI infrastructure and service providers. API credentials are kept server-side and should not be embedded in the Android client.

How information is used

Information is used to provide app functionality, authenticate users, generate requested insights, maintain security, troubleshoot failures and improve reliability. OXINN should not use private user content for unrelated advertising.

Data retention and deletion

Account and user data are retained as needed to operate the service and comply with applicable obligations. You can request account deletion through the account deletion page.

Security

OXINN uses server-side access controls and is designed so users can access only their own private application data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

The production service may use infrastructure and AI providers such as Supabase and Groq. Final disclosures should match the exact providers and settings used in the release build.
